Family Camp 2022 was everything I was hoping it would be. Lots of family time, lots of trying new things, lots of people loving my kids, fun, relaxing and beautiful. We did a good job of living up every moment, and when the week was done it was hard to say goodbye a place we all love so much.

we stopped in Frankfort on our way into town and enjoyed a walk on the beach
these kids were EXCELLENT travelers
before camp started we hit up the point 2 days in a row and ate pizza and tons of snacks and drank lots of juice boxes. I hope the kids remember these special moments of "bonus" camp time
you really can't tell how far down we were... but it was quite the hike back up....
On Wednesday night we left right after chapel and went to the point for the sunset. Sigge was in the water within minutes, and the kids played and played until almost 11pm when it was FINALLY pitch black.
The people right next to us on the beach started shooting off fireworks and it was so cool to be RIGHT under them!
Lots of special Lucy time this week
Olle and Jonah continued to make many memories together. They both love EVERY sport and played together constantly
Cousins are so special
Could they be ANY cuter?!?!
Camp mascot Sigge was in his element, with every girl cousin following around, giving him treats, holding him and playing with him
We came in 3rd for the Portager Challenge this year. Sten, Lauren and Lucy in the canoe, me long distance run, Olle climbing tower, Jonah sprinter, Elin Swimmer and Sten/Lauren fire making... We plan to take home the trophy by next year!

We zipplined!! Lucy and Olle were fearless! They climbed right up that gigantic pole and went off the platform no problem! I was in complete awe!!!!!
Sten and I did the whole high ropes, which is not documented, but for sure happened... haha! It was so fun to do something kinda challenging together! We rocked it!
Lucy got to do square Dancing with staff member Jenna again this year and I just love this little bond they share. The staff are so good to our kids!
New camp swag! Love God, Love Others!
Olle got to celebrate his 7th birthday with SOOOOO many people! he sure felt the love
One last sunset picture of Olle and Jonah!
This guy fell asleep during chapel music almost every night... fresh air and constant activity is good for the soul!
I took this picture as we were leaving on Saturday morning... It felt so hard to leave knowing there was a sunny day of camp waiting for us to enjoy. I guess that just means we'll have to come back :)
xo. until next year. edc.
